Description of the project
We opened the first Toyota Motors Corporation showroom in Tajikistan. The official dealership was named Toyota Center “Taj Motors”. For its opening, Farovon-1 manufactured high quality metal structures, planned the premises of the car dealership according to Toyota Motors standards.
Our task: To create a modern car showroom in Tajikistan, to maintain the mark of the first official Toyota Motors representative office in the country. The salon must comply with the general standards of the company.
Our result:
- A plan for a Toyota center with a total area of 2,500 square meters has been created.
- Manufactured metal structures for fast construction of the building.
- Installed metal structures at the facility.
- A number of related works have been completed: land, finishing, facade.
- The agreed timeframe and budget were met.
Our success:
We have successfully completed the project in accordance with the requirements of Toyota Motors Corporation without errors and comments from the customer.
The guarantee of quality is high-precision equipment
Our team was ready for the challenge, which was the Toyota Motors project. The planned complex configurations of metal sheets could be easily implemented on ours, which was installed in the Farovon workshops. Specialized machine tools with numerical control provide high efficiency:
- high accuracy
- the time spent on production is reduced by reducing the proportion of manual work, you can also write CNC programs in advance;
- error in work – up to 2%;
- minimum material consumption.
Progress
Our team started with preparatory work. This stage lasted longer than usual, because we had to familiarize ourselves with the requirements of the Toyota Motors Corporation. We also took the time to study the architecture of modern car dealerships. The goal is to learn how to best organize the space for vehicle displays, related product launches and customer visits.
The results of preliminary studies were presented to the customer. Together, we have identified the functionality and solutions that are worth using.
Based on this data, our engineers drew up the construction plans, after which the team started working with the sandwich panels.
In accordance with the customer’s requirements, we have approved the inspection plan and the technical supervision algorithm.
The earthworks were completed concurrently with the steel fabrication process, so our workers could start installation right away.
Timing
- Preliminary work – 3 months.
- Manufacturing of metal structures for quick construction of a structure – 1.5 months.
- Excavation work was carried out in parallel with the manufacture of metal structures.
- Installation of sandwich panels 2 months.
- Finishing and facade work – 1 month.
As a result, we got a functional platform, where everything is provided for a comfortable demonstration and purchase of a car. The showroom can accommodate up to eight car models at the same time.
Outcomes
We are proud that we were able to create a decent showroom for the first official Toyota dealership in Tajikistan. The team was able to immerse themselves in the customer’s requirements and implement the idea at the highest level.
The fact that we initially equipped our workshops only with professional expensive equipment also played a role – without this, the project would not have been implemented at the proper level. Once again we see confirmation that a lot depends on the machines, their power and functionality.
